Moisture Intrusion Inspections

Infrared Walkthrough: This informal walkthrough is location/problem specific and utilizes Infrared technology. This Non-Invasive procedure atempts to identify the source of moisture or leak, and yields a "Medium Probability" of identifying the exact problem. Results in a verbal report (no written report generated).

Moisture Analysis with Infrared Survey and Mold Screening: This is a formal although general whole house scan looking for non-specific issues utilizing Infrared technology. This Non-Invasive procedure attempts to identify evidence of current or future problem areas. Results in a written report.

Non-Destructive Phase I: This formal First Phase Moisture Intrusion Inspection is location/problem specific. This Non-Destructive procedure yields a "Medium to High Probability" of identifying the source of moisture/leak. Where there is symptom, sophisticated moisture equipment along with infrared technology is used. Includes an infrared scan and photos in the final report. Results in a written report.

Destructive Phase II: This formal Second Phase Moisture Intrusion Inspection is location/problem specific. This DESTRUCTIVE procedure and yields an "Extremely High Probability" of identifying the source of moisture/leak (invasive inspection by drilling into wall cavities and using other sophisticated equipment). This type of inspection will only follow a Phase I Moisture Intrusion, and only with written permission to drill and or cut as needed. Results in a written report.
