INSTRUCTIONS: To schedule an appointment anytime using our online system:

1. Either log in with your existing username and password OR register for an account
2. Enter the requested General Information including any applicable promo code
3. Enter the requested Property Information, and select your Service
4. Click Continue at the bottom of the page.

Please WAIT at this point - the system is searching for available dates and times for your appointment. Do not hit back or refresh until the system is finished. This process may take a few minutes. Then,

4. Choose one of the dates and times offered for your appointment, or follow the instructions to get more options.
5. Click Continue at the bottom of the page.
6. Follow the instructions to get through the next few pages. At the end of the process you will know the price for your inspection as well as receive a confirmation number.
7. DONE! You will receive an email confirming your appointment. We may contact you by the next business day to clarify information as needed.
